  • We have seen your case studies; can you provide NHS references for every service you have provided?
EHS can produce a reference from a NHS client for every project we have been commissioned. Please ask the EHS representative for further details.

  • Our organisation is interested in your services but we may not need everything can we separate our individual requirements?
EHS can tailor its services around your specific requirements, for example we can deliver mega-clinics with the use of your clinical staff to make this service aspect more cost effective.

  • Data integrity, how can you ensure this critical area of concern?
Data Protection and Confidentiality is paramount to our business. EHS is ISO 9001 accredited and audited annually for its business processes. We follow stringent policies and procedures to comply with NHS Guidelines.

  • How much does your service cost?
If you would like a no-commitment confidential discussion or quotation for a specific project requirement, please contact us on info@enhancedhealth.co.uk, or by using the Quick Quote page.

  • How does your call centre approach language barriers across different communities?
EHS employs a wide range of individuals across various ethnic backgrounds to handle patients who are not able to communicate in English.

  • Who designs the call script and any possible mailouts?
All call script and mail out material is agreed by the PCT before contract commencement. EHS will provide professional advice on the contents of the information and appropriate methods in delivering these processes.

  • What management information is recorded and how is this produced and to whom?
Management reports are produced in line with the project objectives and agreed outcomes. EHS can supply management information daily, weekly or monthly at your request. The management information will only be shared with appropriate stakeholders agreed by the PCT.

  • How does your organisation collect data from GP practices?
EHS will only collect databases where collective communication has proceeded between the PCT and the relevant GP practices involved. This ensures any concerns the practices have regarding the safe guarding of sensitive data and EHS involvement can be resolved prior to our visit.

  • Our Trust achieves national and local targets for our services every year, how can EHS help us?
Local PCT's and their local services have worked tirelessly to achieve local and national targets. In achieving these targets there are a consistent percentage of the local population that are not accessing these services and usually the local PCT can only make assumptions on the reasons behind this. EHS can work with PCTs on providing effective patient evidence through local health promotion campaigns targeting these patient groups to ensure the local target services are accessible by these patients through their local GP or another source whilst these programmes are being delivered.
